Hillside Series

Our Hillside Series is vintage specific representations of our vineyard. The intent is to create an international style of wine with the grapes of our region. Through advanced winemaking methods and careful blending, we accentuate fruit character, balance and complexity.

Hillside Blanc 2010 is a blend of Vidal, Vignoles and Seyval. Cold fermentation with extended lees contact and regular stirring was combined with partial malolactic flavors, creamy texture and balanced acidity.
150 cases produced

Hillside Rose 2010 combines free run juice of our Chambourcin and Norton co-fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank to develop the rich berry fruit character. The wine was also run through malolactic fermentation to build the creamy mouth-filling structure.
29 cases produced

Hillside Cuvee 2009 is a barrel-aged blend of Chambourcin, Norton and St. Vincent resulting in a complex dry wine wine filled with raspberries, dark stone fruits and smoke-laced back notes. The wine is well-balanced and approachable today, but will continue to develop over the next 10 years.
140 cases produced
